Sales associates and cashiers were denied some of their wages around the time of 2010. Overtime pay, in-store off-the-clock time, and rest breaks were all denied by the following companies: Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Polo Retail LLC, Polo Retail Corporation, and Fashions Outlet of America.

These employees were improperly classified and thus not given the wages they had earned. Since the class action settlement was approved in a federal court, it’s time to take action. This settlement is worth $4 million, so don’t miss out if you worked for those companies in California in 2010.
